Web Designer - UI / UX Designer (Apprenticeship)

Context

Ouiflow is a web agency specializing in building websites on Webflow.

We work with companies of all sizes, from SMEs and startups to large groups (500+ employees), on redesigning their websites and setting up digital tools.

The role

As a UI / UX Designer, you will play a central role in Ouiflow's growth 😀

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating UI / UX design mockups
• Building web design systems
• Discovery meetings to understand client needs
• Running creative and UI / UX workshops with clients
• Project follow-up and management
• Creating content for Ouiflow's inbound strategy
• Social media posts (mainly LinkedIn and TikTok)
• Tutorial videos on YouTube
• Creating mockups

Your profile

Beyond skills, we are above all looking for someone who is passionate about the web and no-code tools. And above all, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and try new things. You won't be afraid to dig through YouTube tutorials to find answers to your questions.

Ideally, your profile meets the following criteria:

• Strong Figma skills (to design beautiful website mockups)
• Strong Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Good writing skills
• Design knowledge and awareness of current web trends
• Creative and autonomous
• Curious and always keeping an eye on design trends
• Passionate, with real determination, able to learn fast and work on several topics at once
• Proactive, always looking to improve the initial strategy.

Nice-to-haves we'll love:

• Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of Webflow‍
• Motion design skills

Terms

Duration: 1 to 2-year apprenticeship

Location: Remote + meetings in Lille

Education level: Bachelor's / Master's degree (4 to 5 years of higher education)

Status: Apprenticeship (work-study)

Schedule: Ideally 2 days / 3 days, but 1 week / 2 weeks is possible

Compensation: Depending on profile & status (+ bonuses)
